A blend of 1 & 2 year aged Caribbean Rums from Guyana and Trinidad
Sweet vanilla floats across, before a wave of toasted nutmeg, cinnamon and raisin breaks allowing the subtle hint of cardamon and sea salt to come through.
Our fruity Mango & Pineapple variants are made using our Original spiced rum with the addition of waste fruit destined for the bin.

Hawksbill Spiced Rum & Coke
Fill a highball glass with ice, squeeze in 3 lime wedges, dropping each wedge into the glass. Add 50ml hawksbill spiced rum, top up with cola to fill the glass and stir gently to mix.
Also perfect as a pitcher serve.
Hawksbill Pineapple Rum Punch
Add 50ml hawksbill pineapple rum, 25ml lime juice and ginger ale and shake.
Pour into a hurricane glass over ice and garnish with fresh pineapple leaves.
Hawksbill Mango Mojito
Combine 50ml hawksbill pineapple rum, 15ml lime juice, dash of pineapple syrup, 6 mint leaves. Top with soda.
Pour into a glass full of crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig and a pineapple wedge.
